Mike and the Titan team just finished an office T.I. project for us. They were great to work with. I asked them to do the impossible... transform an old office space into a light, modern, hip work environment in a ridiculously short time frame. Other contractors laughed at me when I told them the time frame I was looking for in this crazy Denver construction market. But Mike didn't laugh, instead he rose to the challenge. His guys showed up and started working the morning we took possession of the building, and they didn't stop until the work was done and we were able to move in... on time and on budget!! How often does a contractor do that?! The project manager, Art, was a delight to work with: friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, professional. My primary communication was with both Art (construction manager) and Cathy (office manager).
