Mike founded Titan Construction in 2009 out of the ashes of the 2008 recession. He has over 18 years’ experience in the construction industry including residential remodeling and additions, commercial tenant improvements and multi-family full-building renovations. Prior to Titan, Mike was a partner in and ran the construction department for Modo Developers, a company that specialized in downtown Denver condo conversion projects. Mike’s degree in Information Technology has helped him and Titan use technology to leverage resources and improve efficiency in managing construction projects.
Before joining Titan in December of 2015 Cathy worked for a large commercial construction company in New York City. Her 15 years of bookkeeping experience allows her to wear many “hats” at Titan. In addition to managing the books, Cathy also oversees much of the financial aspects of the projects and helps with permitting, contracts and other project-related administration.
Art has been with Titan as a construction superintendent for three years. During that time, he has supervised three multi-family renovation projects as well as other commercial projects. He has experience in commercial, residential, and multi-family construction. Aside from effective management of projects, his primary strengths are relationship and communication—with owners, project managers, and subcontractors.
Nick came to Titan with various management experience in the retail industry. Although starting as a part-time laborer he quickly showed an aptitude for the construction industry and moved into the position of project administrator. In that role he assists the project manager and superintendents by managing project specifications/selections, change orders, RFI’s, submittals, materials ordering, etc. He prides himself in the accuracy of his work, strong work ethic and communication skills.
